  Carefully pack the unused candle and its hidden jewel in the original gift box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
