How do I find the jewel inside my candle?
As your candle burns, a small foil pouch will eventually be revealed. Once the wax is melted enough to safely remove it, use a pair of tweezers to lift the pouch out, let it cool, and unwrap your new piece of jewelry.
What kind of jewelry can I expect to find?
Each candle contains a hidden piece of jewelry, ranging from rings and necklaces to earrings or bracelets. Our jewels are crafted with high-quality materials and can be valued anywhere from $15 to $5,000.
What are your candles made of?
We use a premium, eco-friendly soy wax blend and lead-free cotton wicks to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn and an exceptional scent throw throughout your home.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Can I return my candle if I don't like the scent?
We accept returns for unlit, unused candles in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once the candle has been lit or the jewelry has been removed, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Are the jewelry pieces appraised?
Every piece of jewelry comes with a unique code on its tag. You can visit our appraisal page and enter the code to discover the estimated retail value of your specific find.
